Course Information
Dance of Life
Friday, June 18th 7 p.m. – Saturday, June 19th 6 p.m.
Course Fee: $185 or $165 if pre-registering two weeks prior to program start)
(fee includes Saturday Night Ecstatic Dance)
Through a contemplative journey across the natural landscape of the body, we will honour our creative potential through yoga, chanting, contemplation, inspiring movement exercises and dance designed to celebration this present embodiment.
Exploration:
- Dance/movement
- Animistic yoga, karma yoga and meditation
- Ritual of the rising sun/ honouring the directions
- Nature contemplation
- Chanting
- Ecstatic trance posture
- Creative writing/ sharing
- Saturday night barefoot ecstatic dance (open to the community)
